- 1/2 loaf raisin bread, broken into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup low fat milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp low fat margarine, melted
- Place raisin bread pieces into greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl whisk egg, milk, sugar and melted margarine.
- Pour over bread and leave to sit for 15 minutes until bread has softened.
- Bake in oven at 180ºC for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted. Serve warm with a scoop of low fat ice cream.
