- 200g tub fruit yoghurt
- 1/2 cup low fat or skimmed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- Blend ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled tall glass and serve with a straw.
- Kids will adore slurping other fruit flavours such as banana, pineapple, peaches, apricots and fresh mango.
- Try freezing this mixture in ice cube trays for icy treats.
