Fruit Yoghurt Smoothie


  • 200g tub fruit yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat or skimmed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries


  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled tall glass and serve with a straw.
  3. Kids will adore slurping other fruit flavours such as banana, pineapple, peaches, apricots and fresh mango.
  4. Try freezing this mixture in ice cube trays for icy treats.
