Fresh Fruit Kebabs


  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 bananas, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 rockmelon, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 8 strawberries, top removed
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, cut into chunks


Place lemon juice into a bowl. Add banana to juice, toss to coat. Thread banana, rockmelon, strawberries and kiwifruit onto skewers. Serve. Serves 4-6.

Handy Tip

You can use any fruit that your children enjoy to make these healthy fruit kebabs. Great as an after school snack.
