Beef & Bok Choy Stir Fry


  • 500g beef stir fry strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 bunch bok choy, separated
  • 1/2 cup coriander, chopped
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons reduced salt soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup water


Heat a large wok or fry pan over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, fry beef strip in batches for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to plate. Heat remaining oil in the wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the water and bok choy, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender. Add the oyster and soy sauce to the wok. Toss well to combine. Add the beef and coriander, toss until heated through. Serve. Serves 4-6.
