Banana Milk


  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1—2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash cinnamon, optional


  1. Place banana, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender, cover and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
  3. You can use any seasonal fruit instead of banana for a great after-school treat.
