Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1—2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- Place banana, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender, cover and process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
- You can use any seasonal fruit instead of banana for a great after-school treat.
