Ingredients
- 1 & 1/4 cup flour
- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups plain low fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- Low fat fruit yogurt
- Seasonal fruit to serve
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- Beat in plain yogurt, butter, eggs and honey.
- Bake in waffle iron until golden brown. Top with flavoured yogurt and seasonal fruit and serve.
