Yogurt Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Low fat fruit yogurt
  • Seasonal fruit to serve

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Beat in plain yogurt, butter, eggs and honey.
  3. Bake in waffle iron until golden brown. Top with flavoured yogurt and seasonal fruit and serve.
