Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low fat margarine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a large saucepan. Stir in flour, curry powder and onion powder until smooth.
  2. Gradually add tomato juice and sugar.
  3. Cook uncovered, until thickened and heated through, serve with wholegrain or multigrain bread.
