- 1/4 cup low fat margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 can tomato juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Melt margarine in a large saucepan. Stir in flour, curry powder and onion powder until smooth.
- Gradually add tomato juice and sugar.
- Cook uncovered, until thickened and heated through, serve with wholegrain or multigrain bread.
