Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups low fat milk
  • Banana or dried fruit to taste (½ cup)

Instructions

  1. Place oats and milk in a saucepan and heat gently for 5 minutes while stirring.
  2. Leave the oats to simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Chop in a banana or add some fruit to taste.
