Orange Creamy Pots

Ingredients

  • 90ml orange gelatine
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 popsicle moulds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl dissolve gelatine in boiling water, cool at room temperature.
  2. Stir in yogurt, milk and vanilla, pour into moulds and freeze until firm.
  3. Makes a great afterschool snack for all ages.
