- 1 red apple
- 1 mandarin
- 1 kiwi fruit
- Pineapple pieces
- Fresh strawberries
- Chop all fruit into chunks and mix together in a bowl and serve
- Try adding passionfruit pulp or yoghurt to your fruit salad
- Use whatever fruit is cheap and in season, e.g. apples, oranges, bananas, pears and mangos.
